this reason, please contact us first if you wish for us to disclose any of your personal information to an attorney or a mortgage
banker or any other professional working on your behalf. We have received several requests for copies of tax returns and/or
letters summarizing income from third parties and have had to deny them this information at first. We will not disclose any
information unless you contact us first.
