It is our policy to keep your personal and business information strictly confidential to the extent permitted under law and then some.  Our most valuable asset is our clients’ trust.

Depending on the products and services you have with us, we have nonpublic personal information about you in our files such as:

            - Your social security number, employment, income and investments,

            - Information we received from you on applications and other forms and

            - Information about your transactions with us.

We restrict access to this information to only those employees who have a business related reason to know it in order to better provide you with our products and services. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone without their express permission.

For this reason, please contact us first if you wish for us to disclose any of your personal information to an attorney or a mortgage banker or any other professional working on your behalf. We have received several requests for copies of tax returns and/or letters summarizing income from third parties and have had to deny them this information at first. We will not disclose any information unless you contact us first.
